Justice Rowing is powered by volunteers. As a parent-supported program, everything from regattas to equipment to team traditions depends on families pitching in. You do not need rowing experience. You do not need unlimited time. There is a role for every schedule, interest, and comfort level!
How Volunteering Works
- Most families volunteer in one or two team roles, along with a few volunteer shifts at team events and regattas.
- Some team roles are one-time or short-term, while others provide season-long continuity.
- Volunteer shifts include helping at team fundraisers and regattas, such as car washes, concessions, parking, boat holding, or driving launches.
- Training and support are provided for all roles
