Season Overview
The spring season is our primary racing season, culminating in the VASRA Championship and opportunities to compete at regional and national regattas.
Season Dates: March 2 - May 24, 2026

Practice Schedule
Weekdays: 4:00 - 6:30 PM
Location: Sandy Run Regional Park
Athletes must arrange their own transportation to practice. Carpools are encouraged!
First Week Schedule
- Monday, March 2: Equipment orientation
- Tuesday, March 3: Land training & ergs
- Wednesday, March 4: First water practice
- Thursday, March 5: Regular practice
- Friday, March 6: Regular practice
