Join the Team

Justice Rowing welcomes student athletes of all backgrounds and experience levels to be part of one of the most storied high school rowing programs in Virginia. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or trying a new sport for the first time, rowing offers a unique opportunity to build strength, discipline, and lasting friendships as part of a true team sport. Rowing is co-ed, highly inclusive, and no prior rowing experience is required. Most of our rowers start as complete beginners. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Why Row?

Rowing is a total-body, low-impact sport that develops strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness. Every practice challenges athletes physically and mentally while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.

  • Build full-body strength and cardiovascular endurance
  • Compete as part of a team where every seat matters
  • Learn discipline, resilience, and time management
  • Join a program with state, national, and international success

Who Can Join?

Justice Rowing is open to Justice High School students of all grades and abilities. Rowing is especially well-suited for athletes from other sports looking for a spring season challenge or students seeking their first competitive athletic experience.

  • No rowing experience required
  • Open to both boys and girls
  • Opportunities for all body types, including rowers and coxswains
